yoga & posture


Posture means steadfast feeling, no wavering anywhere. 

Our body is well established, our mind is in a defined stream, let no external disturbance influence them, that to acquire a state of perfect equilibrium. 

Here our spinal column should be held in an easy, upright erect position while seated, as most of our ill health results from the disorder in spine status. most of the nerves originate from,

Unless the spine column is in the proper position, neither the breathing nor the circulation of nerve current can be normal which results in ill health in many forms,

Those who are not used to sitting straight may find it difficult to accommodate themselves in truth with body and mind,

Breath is life. It is the only medium through which life current flows into us. And this breathing stream is directly related to our sitting posture, a perfect sitting posture invites a fair pitch of breath for fair health.

 The idea of posture, therefore, is to acquire firmness of both the mind & the body.

It is always better on the right track than to feel sorry figure at later date,

Ambitions beyond the horizon

Ambitions beyond the horizon of referral truth create hectic chaos for the mind,

Daylight fantasy may influence and further add burden on the mind,

Excess thinking could be a deteriorating factor for life unto the health of the mind,

A life that is distant from the lines of nature and the truth of self creates a difference for the mind to accommodate,

Yoga could be an antidote for afflictions resulting from the friction of life, 

Mental health is a top priority for anyone to carry on within the journey of life either way,

And Pranaayam could be a great help to empower the mind to struggle against the day-to-day scenario of life, 

Concentration in truth with meditation may add eternal strength to sustain in this tough world that poses challenges a new time and again,

to kill depression,


In life failure dent the state of mind adversely and affect the physical health too,

Repeated failures whatever be the subject may lead life to the low points of depression,

Depression is a hidden disease man suffers the most, 

Theory and practice unto this burning chapter differ altogether,

A person suffering from depression can alone realize his agony, no one else can brief it in any form,

When a man is deceived by his own acquaintance, and cheated by his trusted fellow beings, it hurts deep till the region of eternity and this hidden pain is much more severe than any other body pain, 

Through adoration of Yoga man may recover suitable to regain self with time, 


Varying types of Pranayam with brisk walk may help, concentration and meditation could be a milestone to recover from this dark chapter of life,

Human psychology has many tips to adore, but the recovery rate could be fine with Yoga,

Yoga keeps the mind Busy, Pranayama mostly acts as a morale booster,

Yogic exercises that are based on the posture may have their own merits but for mental health, morning brisk walk in vicinity of nature and respective Pranayaam truly helps man to recover,

Meaningful acquaintance and a fair truth of consort truly help to recover from this delusive chapter of man faces at varying changeovers,

Happiness and success


Health is a matter of prime concern in life. 

Without good health, one can not live a healthy life. 

A lot of things matter to health in life but above all, it’s our lifestyle as main effects it at the most.

In our lifestyle, our acts matter a lot. 

Our positive acts in life help to lead a healthy life. Whereas our negative attitude towards life leads to an indifferent state.

Happiness matters to health a lot. When a person is in their joyous truth, his health supports at its best but while facing depression health must lead to deterioration,

Happiness paves in life through success or achievement in life, which imparts self-satisfaction that promotes positivity in many forms that too influence the health favorably,

Success never means acquiring material wealth or sensual pleasure, there are infinite chapters of life in which man meets them at their pitch resulting in success,

The practice of Yoga in true spirit may impart requisite truth to match success in one or another form irrespective of any material gain, 

There is no other gain that can match the truth of getting fair health both ways physical and mental,

pranaayam

The main yoga among all is pranayama,

It is the mother of all yogic exercises.

 It is nothing but very simple in itself, that the control of incoming & outgoing breath. 

It is a master medicine for many ailments. 

 The life-giving breath is called the pran[life] vayu[air] or the giving oxygen. 

If one does this exercise for a few minutes in the morning before the pollution of air begins it's great in itself to have a meaningful life? 

 It needs to be done with the knowledge of the subject under the guidance of a yoga teacher for a few days then itself it could be done with all ease. 

Those who practice this great yoga got relief from hypertension & many other related diseases.

 It makes the body system fine & healthy.

 Once the body system is healthy, half the battle of combating diseases is already won.

 Late is always better than never. 

Be near to life in true ways by heaving light exercises & yoga.

Health is wealth


Good health is a matter of prime concern for anyone on the journey of life

It is sound health that helps one to lead a healthy life.

A healthy life does need a perfect body to carry on with that with a body at its true figure and line.

At different levels of age, it needs respective care to maintain good health,

But at all age levels, it needs meaningful care for a truthful life,

The thing which matters to health in broad classification is a lifestyle. 

A truthful lifestyle along the lines of nature proves good all the way,

A lifestyle that consists of extra pace for lust and greed proves fatal for health in ultimate mode,

Tensions in life indicate adverse effects on health, and stress levels which are directly linked to lifestyle also have an adverse impact on life. 

Though stress and strains are not in direct control of man, a little management could lead it to manage to a large extent.

Food to carry on with must need an adequate nutritious level to support the immune system, optimum diet level of feed at the right time proves better in life. 

Vegetarian feeds are always proven to be the best for man,

Above all it is light and regular exercises at the appropriate time indicate good health,

 Warming-up exercise needs to be adored respectively.

Yoga helps a lot to play a requisite role to maintain a proper health

Without good health it is really hard to achieve the motto of designated human life, It is Good health that helps man to attain wealth for both the worlds,
