yoga & posture


Posture means steadfast feeling, no wavering anywhere. 

Our body is well established, our mind is in a defined stream, let no external disturbance influence them, that to acquire a state of perfect equilibrium. 

Here our spinal column should be held in an easy, upright erect position while seated, as most of our ill health results from the disorder in spine status. most of the nerves originate from,

Unless the spine column is in the proper position, neither the breathing nor the circulation of nerve current can be normal which results in ill health in many forms,

Those who are not used to sitting straight may find it difficult to accommodate themselves in truth with body and mind,

Breath is life. It is the only medium through which life current flows into us. And this breathing stream is directly related to our sitting posture, a perfect sitting posture invites a fair pitch of breath for fair health.

 The idea of posture, therefore, is to acquire firmness of both the mind & the body.

It is always better on the right track than to feel sorry figure at later date,
