Pranayama is a life-giving breath exercise in the form of yoga and as easy as anything that if one practice under a skilled instructor could achieve the true wisdom of life.

It purifies the inner and outer modes of life.
It enhances the pace of life.
It regulates many features of the human body.
It brings self to life.
It takes life to bear facts on to self.
It enhances patience.
It maintained a steady state of mind and perfect interactive mode for life.
It reflects positively on the heart.
It enhances the willpower to carry on with on true pace of life.
It helps in mediation.
Helps regulates the digestive truth of the body at its optimum pace.
Lungs got the power to have better functioning
Chitta gets stability to interact with life at its best.
It helps in attaining bliss.
It helps in the longevity of life.
It helps in maintaining a positive state of mind and the body.
Fat got reduced to an extent by it.
Dark illusion washed away gradually
It helps in true realization
It helps in correcting the nervous system to an extent
Hypertension could also be dealt with

Few precautions are necessary to exercise this great yoga; it must be done under the direct supervision of an expert instructor, and timings and food regulations must be adored at the time of exercise and after.

No forceful done of pranayama, it must be a cool and easy breathing exercise. No stress and strain while having so.

A slow start always reflects more benefic results. Have rest in between if to carry on long for minutes.

An empty stomach is a must for exercise either in the evening or in the morning.
