calmness and yoga


Yoga must be practiced at the most suitable time which is the time of calmness. 

The time of calm occurs twice a day when night passes into day or day passes to night known in the name of Pradosh Kaal, a very auspicious for divine touch feeling and practicing yoga as well meditation.

Early morning before three hours to sunrise and evening just at the sunset, one feels the atmosphere of calmness in nature which could be made of its best use for health as well as the devotional chapter.

The calmness of nature really helps in life to graduate the mind modules to their optimum state of perfection. One can utilize it at its best.
