yoga & positive thinking

Hare Rama,
Thinking affects willpower is the bare fact of life, negative thinking reflects badly on life and positivity enhances the pace of life, a must to reach the designated target.

In yoga, it too helps a lot, while heading for recovery from illness it may act as a boon, while looking for emancipation it paves the path,

Before anything, first, comes the body and its well-being at its optimum level is a must chapter and positive thinking is a must factor,

One must think of his body as fine, healthy, and strong enough to carry on with in true pace of life. It is the best instrument one has to carry on with life.

Think of being strong and as adamant in true pace to cross over the ocean of the mundane world with all ease. One has to tell his mind that his body is strong enough to have faith in self and supreme. One must not be weak in thinking at least to counter the attacks of illusion and its ignorance.

Discard all weakness from your life, be brave and give all assurance to live to attain ultimate freedom with all ease at the conclusive mode of life.

Give positive indications to mind about the life to make the life easy and fruitful for self and others and rest assured that God helps those who help themselves at a priority.
