to kill depression


As long as life exists, nobody can escape the troubles and tribulations of life. But realization on the subject helps one to carry on at its optimum pace.

Depression is nothing but an indifferent state of mind resulting from frustrations and meditation and yoga may help one to regain a true state of mind

When one is subjected to troubles of life repeatedly, that leads to frustration and failure which cause depression. This depression adversely affects the body, mind, and spirit in life. A depressed, demoralize, desolate soul desperately needs constant help, sympathy guidance, and support to rejoin the stream of life.

Light exercises to remold body cells that activate at their true pitch may help one to recover from depression,

Pranayama may help one to recover from points of depression,
