pranayaam

Pranayama is a life-giving breath exercise in the form of yoga and as easy as anything that if one practice under a skilled instructor could achieve the true wisdom of life.

It purifies the inner and outer modes of life.
It enhances the pace of life.
It regulates many features of the human body.
It brings self to life.
It takes life to bear facts on to self.
It enhances patience.
It maintained a steady state of mind and perfect interactive mode for life.
It reflects positively on the heart.
It enhances the willpower to carry on with on true pace of life.
It helps in mediation.
Helps regulates the digestive truth of the body at its optimum pace.
Lungs got the power to have better functioning
Chitta gets stability to interact with life at its best.
It helps in attaining bliss.
It helps in the longevity of life.
It helps in maintaining a positive state of mind and the body.
Fat got reduced to an extent by it.
Dark illusion washed away gradually
It helps in true realization
It helps in correcting the nervous system to an extent
Hypertension could also be dealt with
It helps to have eternal peace
It brings the life to the divine spirit
It increases the resistance to empowering self
It helps in fighting diseases
It enhances the willpower
It brings the sixth sense to life
It cares for skin and hair
It leads to the wisdom of truth

Above all, it counts in on the subject of devotion right on top.

Few precautions are necessary to exercise this great yoga; it must be done under the direct supervision of an expert instructor, and timings and food regulations must be adored at the time of exercise and after.

No forceful done of pranayama, it must be a cool and easy breathing exercise. No stress and strain while having so.

A slow start always reflects more benefic results. Have rest in between if to carry on long for minutes.

An empty stomach is a must for exercise either in the evening or in the morning.

Grace of god


The state of mind is the pillar and post for peace and even more than that. Purity of mind is the subject that matters a lot. Purity of mind depends on the state of attachment to this mundane world.

Attachments with pious soul and saint bring eternal peace with all ease whereas the association with worldly matters drags life far apart from self.

Spiritual practice enhances the power of the mind. Meditation helps a lot to regain the true status of the mind. Yoga imparts great help to live on its varying subjects.

The less one attaches to this mundane world more one will enjoy peace. Where there is peace in eternal mode spiritual wisdom follows all along.

When one looks at the defects of others it is first his own mind gets disturbed while one realizes the mistake of self his mindset to get purify itself.

Desire formulates on the ground of mind itself and as long as it goes on transmigration will never reach its end.

The grace of God helps one to attain a true state of mind at its true pitch to interface truth for the cause

to kill depression


As long as life exists, nobody can escape the troubles and tribulations of life. But realization on the subject helps one to carry on at its optimum pace.

Depression is nothing but an indifferent state of mind resulting from frustrations and meditation and yoga may help one to regain a true state of mind

When one is subjected to troubles of life repeatedly, that leads to frustration and failure which cause depression. This depression adversely affects the body, mind, and spirit in life. A depressed, demoralize, desolate soul desperately needs constant help, sympathy guidance, and support to rejoin the stream of life.

calmness and yoga


Yoga must be practiced at the most suitable time which is the time of calmness. 

The time of calm occurs twice a day when night passes into day or day passes to night known in the name of Pradosh Kaal, a very auspicious for divine touch feeling and practicing yoga as well meditation.

Early morning before three hours to sunrise and evening just at the sunset, one feels the atmosphere of calmness in nature which could be made of its best use for health as well as the devotional chapter.

The calmness of nature really helps in life to graduate the mind modules to their optimum state of perfection. One can utilize it at its best.
