grace of god





















State of mind is the pillar and post for peace and even more than that. Purity of mind is the subject which matters a lot. Purity of mind depends on attachments to this mundane world.

Attachments with pious soul and saint bring eternal peace with all ease where as association with worldly matters drag the life far apart from self.

Spiritual practice enhances the power of mind. Meditation helps a lot to regain the true status of mind. Yoga imparts great help to life on its varying subjects.

The less one attach to this mundane world more will enjoy the peace. Where there is peace at eternal mode spiritual wisdom follows all along.

While one look at the defects on others it is first his own mind get disturbed while one realize on the mistake of self his mind set to get purify itself.

Desire formulates on the ground of mind itself and as long as they goes on transmigration will never reaches at its end.

As long as the life last, no body can escape the troubles & tribulations of life. But realization on the subject helps to carry on with in an optimum pace.

When one subjected to troubles of life again and again that leads to frustration and failure which cause depression. This depression affects the body, mind and spirit their in life. A depressed, demoralize, desolate soul desperately needs constant help, sympathy guidance and support to rejoin the stream of life.

Nature created the human body to be used in the best possible manner for one’s own as well as others welfare. Here it come the need of service for cause. Cause to uplift the moral of those deprived on the sphere of life.

Basic need of man’s in life carry on with true pace is religion. It is only religion which gives meaning, purpose and direction to life. Faith in religion, total trust in supreme soul, and attachment with the verdict of true saints and seers make the difference in life to favor.

Following the law of nature and being with the pace of nature could help in to beat the depression results from the troubles of life. Yoga, meditation and association of pious soul bring the peace to life to erase the depression from there.

Yoga must be practice in most suitable time that is the time of calmness. The time of calm occurs twice a day, when night passes in to day or day passes in to night, as per Vedic wisdom such period is known as pradosh kaal, an very auspicious for divine touch feeling and practicing yoga as well meditation.

In life its state of mind matters a lot, though fate rules the life on al most every sphere of it but then its state of mind which makes one feel the life joyful or full of sorrows or dull just a pass.

It is state of mind and its activeness on the subject to achieve the knowledge which is the one to interact in life to maintain the optimum pace of life. Knowledge is the true wisdom if one could achieve it in its true pace. Knowledge of self is the first among all to evaluate the merits their in to interact with. It is a path of salvation, emancipation or unison. In other word it’s final to achieve the ultimate glory of life. On this track of salvation at the last quarter life needs a help to carry on with that is meditation which in real manner guides the self to supreme.

yoga & posture


Posture means steadfast feeling, no wavering anywhere. Our body is well established, our mind is in a define stream, no external disturbance thus acquire a state of perfect equilibrium. Here our spinal column should be held in an easy, erect position, as most of our ill health results in from the disorder in spine status.

Unless spine is in proper position, neither the breathing nor the circulation of nerve current can be normal which results in ill health on many sphere of body modules. Those who are not used to sitting straight may, in the beginning, find this practice difficult; after a little effort, it will become easy & natural which inflict on to mind for greater freedom their in & to aspire.

Breath is life. It is the only medium through which life current flows in to us. And this breathing stream is directly relates to our sitting posture better it will be better be the mode health wise. The idea of posture, therefore, is to acquire firmness of both mind & body.

It is always better on right track than to feel sorry figure to alter date.

pranaayaam


Life suffers on many accounts here on the planet because its mode of interaction differs with the mode of nature on to self. It comes in contact with so many things that are not in harmony with its real nature. Basically its disturbance of mind which matters a lot to life, disturbance of mind happens while so many things strike the mind to choose one which is in fact a bare true for life. When vision of true self differ on the subject of life then it makes the mind disturb & suffer the life.

It is Excessive ambitions, egoism, Arrogance & discontent causes the mind disturb & energies their in dissipated & often wasted. So long the mind is wandering & scattered, its hard for life to interact with in its true pace.

It needs exercise to make the mind strong & graduate in all respect to interact with life to have better results from the self.

Concentration & mediation is the best exercise for mind to strengthen its power to interact with life in true pace. First step is concentration & then its meditation but both lead the life to a glorious victory on the subject of true life.

It needs to have yoga to assist in concentration & mediation, in yoga the prime yoga [exercise] is pranayaam [breathing exercise with all care & conscious. Pranayaam is a life giving breath exercise with all easy mode & requisite atmosphere. Breath in & breath out with conscious & care on the optimum pitch at the appropriate time & place with requisite mode called pranayaam. This adds to the power of mind to interact with life in its true mode.
